Joyous Art is a form of creative alchemy, combining :

I play on transparency and superimpose spots of colors in my artwork. These spots are made up of tiny points. We can expand on the notion of spots and say that a group of spots without a border can appear as a rainbow or as a cloud of color. In the case of Joyous Art, these clouds of color follow the brush stokes of the child. The layers of colors of Joyous Art play tricks with points and transparence : points, made of points, also made of points, ad infinitum. When observing classic artwork, it is often best to move away to gain a better perspective. But to fully appreciate Joyous Art, you are better to move close.
